Chan Tze Leung has been appointed by Quam, a Hong Kong–based financial services group, as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee. Currently, he is CEO of United Overseas Bank, Hong Kong.
CHAN is also an independent non-executive director of Hutchison Port Holdings Management, and a trustee-manager of Singapore listed Hutchison Port Holdings Trust and Noble Group. Besides, he is also working as senior adviser to Long March Capital.
