Fidelity Worldwide Investment has expanded its Fidelity Active Strategy range of funds by launching an emerging markets fund, FundWeb reports. The Luxembourg-domiciled fund, which will be run by lead manager Nick Price, will be able to take long and short exposure to the MSCI Emerging Markets Index benchmark.
Suranjan Mukherjee will be the fund’s co-portfolio manager. Other members of the fund’s team will be Latin America equities specialists Alex Duffy and Angel Ortiz and Ludmila Gavrilova, who concentrates on Europe, Middle East and African (EMEA) equities.
