The Haidar Jupiter Fund posted a stunning 54 percent gain in March. As a result, the macro fund was up 148 percent for the first quarter, according to a client communication seen by Institutional Investor.
The firm declined to comment.
This is no fluke — Haidar has been perhaps the hottest hedge fund over the past few years.
