Lansdowne Partners has delivered massive losses in many of its funds this year, exacerbated by huge declines in the first two weeks of March.
As a result, it has among the worst performing hedge funds to date. The Lansdowne Princay Fund is down 42 percent for the year after losing nearly 30 percent this month through March 13, according to HSBC’s latest report.
