Citadel has posted its strongest gains in 13 years.
The multistrategy firm’s flagship Wellington fund surged 4.8 percent in December, boosting its full-year gain to 38.1 percent, according to a person who has seen the results. Wellington is up nearly 117 percent over the past three years.
