Warburg Pincus has entered a partnership with the financial advisory firm The Mutual Fund Store. The private equity firm will further expand and develop operations of the firm founded by Adam Bold.

As a part of the agreement, Bold ,CEO of The Mutual Fund Store, will continue to manage the firm. Morgan Stanley was the financial advisor to The Mutual Fund Store. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
