ING Real Estate Finance has secured $100 million refinancing for the Metropolitan Tower in New York, GlobeSt reports. The building is owned by BlackRock and L&L Holding. The loan refinancing covers only the office floors, the lower 18 stories of the building. The refinancing includes a $30 million mezzanine loan from a Prudential Real Estate Investors managed fund.
