Commonfund has appointed Douglas McNeely as managing director and head of new markets, Pensions & Investments reports. The position is a newly created one.
Previously, McNeely was a senior member of the strategic client advisory team. Prior to that, he was co-head of the Public Fund and Taft-Hartley team within Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s Institutional Advisory Group.
