Global private equity firm, CVC Capital Partners, has named Thomas Renyi as a senior advisor, CVC Capital Partners reports. He will be responsible for supporting CVC’s activities in the financial services sector and will become a member of company’s U.S. advisory board and global financial institutions advisory board.
Previously, Renyi was working as executive chairman and director of BNY Mellon. He has also served as Chairman and CEO of the bank and its predecessor institution, Bank of New York, and as Chairman of the Financial Services Roundtable. He currently serves on the board of directors of Public Service Enterprise and RiskMetrics.
