According to one investor, no team does a better job of “keeping us up-to-date with good reports.” The analysts elevated Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários to top pick among Brazilian property stocks in April, at R28.60, on valuation. In late May, after the share price had soared 18 percent, the team declared the stock fully valued at R33.75. Since then it had slipped 2.5 percent, to R32.89, through July.
