Andrea Teixeira & team J.P. Morgan
The two-analyst J.P. Morgan team led by Andrea Teixeira repeats in second place. Teixeira, who works out of New York, offers “exceptional insight on both the big-picture and minute-detail levels,” according to one longtime client. The team recommended SACI Falabella in April 2009, at 1,969.83 Chilean pesos, believing that the Chilean retailer would be a likely beneficiary of rising consumer spending as that nation’s economy recovered from the global crisis. The stock skyrocketed 107 percent, to 4,077.70 pesos, through July 2010.
