Blackstone Group will sell about 10 million shares of TRW Automotive Holdings held by its affiliate, Automotive Investors. The sole book-running manager and underwriter for the offering is JP Morgan Securities.
TRW has about 132 million shares outstanding, with Blackstone holding around 28.5 million of them, adds The Wall Street Journal. The private equity firm has already sold 19 million TRW shares in 2010.
