GLG Partners has named Raffaele Costa as co-head of marketing, Financial Times reports. He will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s global product and distribution strategy and will also be responsible for building GLG’s distribution and developing new products in the alternative and long-only space.
Costa will work alongside co-CEO, Emmanuel Roman. Costa, who has been with GLG since 1995, has also worked with Goldman Sachs as a fund manager specializing in U.S. and European equities, before being made a principal in 1998, adds HedgeFund.net.
