Allianz Real Estate Germany has acquired Friedrichstraße 200, an office and retail property in Berlin from a direct subsidiary of Tishman Speyer. The real estate company paid a total of €70 million for the acquisition, adds PropertyEU.
The office building is leased to tenants, such as GDF SUEZ Energie Deutschland and software company Magix. The buyer was advised by Linklaters, while Tishman Speyer was advised by White & Case.
