CBRE To Float £1B U.K. Property Fund

Real estate investment manager, CBRE Investors, will roll out a specialist U.K. property fund.

Real estate investment manager, CBRE Investors, will roll out a specialist U.K. property fund, Financial Times reports. The CB Richard Ellis U.K. Property fund will target investments from defined contributed (DC) pension schemes. CBRE is aiming to raise more than £1 billion in total for the new open-ended fund. The vehicle, which is a non-Ucits retail scheme, is structured as a Property Authorised Investment Fund.
