Roy Stockell has been appointed as head of asset management (AM) by Ernst & Young for Asia-Pacific, Asia Asset Management reports. Based in Hong Kong, Stockell will be running the Asia-Pacific (Apac) asset management team as part of Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Organization (FSO) in the region. He will also remain a member of Ernst & Young’s AM global advisory board along with coordinating the firm’s asset management advisory operations internationally.
Elliott Shadforth, George Saffayeh, Teresa Tso and Christine Lin have also been appointed in the asset management function at an Asia-Pacific level. Most recently, Stockell was with Ernst & Young’s asset management group for Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa, whereas, Shadforth was a partner in Ernst & Young’s Oceania FSO.
