Marex Financial has set up a new office in Hong Kong, Asia Asset Management reports. The London-based derivatives and foreign exchange broker opened the branch after securing a Type two license from the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission.
The new unit, which will be led by Anise Lau, is seeking to increase its headcount to 20 or more by the end of this year. Marex Financial is also looking to open another office in Singapore.
