The Association for Financial Markets in Europe has called on European regulators to release details on what is being examined in the latest round of stress tests and how the results will be released. Speaking at a conference, Simon Lewis, ceo of AFME, said last year’s tests were a good example of how not to communicate effectively, as the results were criticized for giving passing grades to Irish banks that later had to be bailed out.
