German private equity firm, Auctus Capital Partners, has closed its third fund at €155 million, AltAssets reports. The firm has increased the hard cap for AUCTUS III following heavy oversubscription. The fund has already invested in recycling company, Noventiz, and German dental laboratories organization, Flemming Dental. The fund is also targeting investments in German, Austrian and Swiss companies with revenues of between €10-100 million.
