Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) has increased its existing notes issue by $1 billion, Reuters reports. The Mexican company’s senior unsecured notes were issued in the 144a private placement market.
The coupon rate for the notes is 5.5% and they will mature on Jan. 21, 2021. HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Banco Santander were the joint bookrunners for the offering.
