ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has launched a close ended capital protection oriented fund, India Infoline reports. The ICICI Prudential Capital Protection Oriented Fund - Series III - 36 Months Plan offers (NFO) will commit up to 19% of assets in equity and equity related securities with medium to high risk profile.
The scheme, which is benchmarked against Crisil MIP Blended Index, will allocate 81- 100% of assets in debt securities and money market instruments. Chaitanya Pande will manage the debt portion of the scheme, while the equity portion will be handled by Mrinal Singh.
