Poland’s Treasury Ministry is selling an 11.9% stake in power group, Tauron Polska Energia, The Wall Street Journal reports. The stake is valued at $465 million. The sale is being managed by Credit Suisse, ING and Unicredit. Poland currently owns 41% of Tauron, a component of Warsaw’s blue-chip WIG20 index.
