U.K. telecoms services company, Colt, will offer proximity hosting service for London Stock Exchange (LSE) traders wanting to connect to its data centre, Financial Times reports. The new low latency service will boost the portfolio of hosting solutions available to the bourse’s clients.
The service will also compliment LSE’s existing co-location service, which allows clients to locate their trading equipment physically within the exchange’s data centre facility. Colt also provides proximity hosting to Deutsche Börse and SIX Swiss exchange.
