RBS Hires GTS EMEA Head

Neal Livingston has joined Royal Bank of Scotland as head of global transaction services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Neal Livingston has joined Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as head of global transaction services (GTS) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Finextra reports. Reporting to Scott Barton, GTS’ CEO, he will take over from Steve Everett, who will now become global head of international liquidity and investment and FX for GTS. Livingston will be in charge of the continued expansion of the cash and trade finance businesses across the EMEA region. Before joining RBS, he was global head of client access at Standard Chartered Bank.
