CalSTRS is looking to appoint a new private equity consultant, Pensions & Investments reports. The $154.2 billion system will issue a request for proposal for the same later this year.
The selected candidate will work under a three-year contract with two one-year extensions. Incumbent private equity consultant for West Sacramento-based system Pension Consulting Alliance, whose contract expires on June 30, is also allowed to rebid.
