Legacy Oil Plus Gas has raised the size of its bought transaction offer by 25%, Reuters reports. The Canadian oil company will now raise $125.2 million instead of $101 million.
The proceeds from the transaction will be used by the company to fund the cash portion of its $186.9 million oil assets acquisition in southwest Manitoba from Molopo Energy Canada. The offering is co-led by GMP Securities and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada.
