NII Capital, a division of NII Holdings, is issuing $750 million worth of senior unsecured notes.

NII Capital, a division of NII Holdings, is issuing $750 million worth of senior unsecured notes. The size of the transaction was increased from an initially planned $500 million. The mobile phone company appointed Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley as the joint bookrunning managers. The notes carry a coupon rate of 7.625% and are due to mature on April 1, 2021.
