Grail Advisors is seeking to sell a part of or the entire firm, Investment News reports. The U.S. active exchange-traded funds (ETFs) provider is in discussions with an undisclosed firm for the deal.
The California-based firm has also revealed in its filing that if the transaction falls through, Grail may have to liquidate its ETFs. Grail currently has five funds with a total of $20.8 million in assets under management.
