Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System (LACERS) has re-selected LM Capital Group and Baird Investment Management as its fixed income managers, Pensions & Investments reports. The system has renewed its agreement with the two active domestic intermediate fixed-income heads.
LM manages $242 million of the system’s income, while Baird handles $238 million. Both contracts will now expire on Feb. 28, 2014. LACERS is also seeking to issue an RFP for an executive search firm to help the $10 billion system in its search for a new CIO.
