Chinese conglomerate HNA Group has acquired an office tower in Sydney for $117 million, Property Observer reports. The 22-storey skyscraper was previously owned by Colonial First State’s (CFS) Direct Property Investment Fund. Colliers International acted on behalf of the seller, while DTZ Australia represented HNA Group. CFS bought the property from AMP Asset Management in June 2001 for approximately $78 million.
