Clearstream and Cetip are planning to unveil a new collateral management outsourcing offering in Brazil. The service will allow Cetip clients to manage their collateral exposure in their time zone and real-time.
The service will be offered on a fully automated basis incorporating auto-allocation, auto-substitutions and optimization of the underlying collateral, leveraging the full benefit of collateralization. The service is expected to be launched by mid-July 2011.
