The Florida State Board of Administration has allocated a total of $100 million to Anchorage Capital Fund, a long-short credit hedge fund.

The Florida State Board of Administration has allocated a total of $100 million to Anchorage Capital Fund, a long-short credit hedge fund, Pensions & Investments reports. No request for proposal (RFP) had been issued by the $149.7 billion administration board.

The board’s hedge fund consultant Cambridge Associates assisted in the selection process. The Tallahassee-based administration board will receive the funding from general liquidity.
