CDC Entreprises has entered an agreement with Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS). The French management firm has appointed SGSS financial services firm to provide trustee services.
The financial services firm will offer services for 8 venture capital funds totaling over €3 billion. CDC Entreprises, which is a wholly owned unit of the CDC Group, is recognized by the AMF.
