Arnab Banerji, a former adviser to ex-prime minister, Tony Blair, has partnered with a U.K. private equity veteran to launch an alternative investment firm targeting emerging markets, Financial News reports. The new company, Collabrium Capital, is launching a hedge fund and a fund of private equity funds. Andrew Williams, a barrister and ex-director of SVG Capital, will be CEO of the new company. Banerji previously worked with U.K.-listed fund manager, F&C Asset Management, and U.K. hedge fund manager, Lansdowne.
