Liberty Property Trust has completed the acquisition of two buildings at the Centerpoint Intermodal Center in Illinois for $60 million. The buildings, which are 36% leased, were sold by Mirvac. NFI occupies the S Baseline Road building. The tenants include Walmart, DSC Logistics, Georgia Pacific, Sanyo Logistics and Maersk Logistics, adds GlobeSt.
