Eli Lederman is planning to file a new suit for breach of contract against share-trading platform, Turquoise, Financial News reports. The case is likely to see Turquoise’s bank shareholders dragged into the row between Lederman and the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The former CEO of Turquoise had sued LSE for unfair dismissal following the acquisition of Turquoise by LSE in February last year. Lederman plans to launch a further suit for breach of contract focusing on the compensation he was guaranteed under his pact with Turquoise.
