Google is negotiating to acquire video website, Next New Networks, The Wall Street Journal reports. Google is already dominant in Web video through its video site, YouTube.
The deal will allow YouTube to enter the business of overseeing creators of digital content in addition to aggregating videos created by others. Next New Networks was founded in 2006 and its investors include Fuse Capital, Spark Capital, Saban Capital Group and Goldman Sachs.
