Information agency Finesti of Luxembourg has set up a service that allows investment funds to comply with the requirements of the Ucits IV directive on European cross-border notifications. The service is built on secure, automated electronic communication joint and can transmit high volumes of documents to 30 regulators in the European Economic Area.

The initiative streamlines the process to be followed by funds domiciled in a European country that market and distribute their shares in one or more European countries. The directive synchronizes the various national procedures and establishes a regulator-to-regulator process.
