Illinois State Universities Retirement System has appointed Phyllis Walker as CFO, Pensions & Investments reports. Walker succeeds Shelley Porter, who has now become assistant CFO.
Porter has been asked to return to her former position, which has more technical and fewer managerial duties. Previously, Walker served as finance operations manager for the $25.3 billion Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, Oak Brook.
