The Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan has appointed Meg Porfido as a member of its board. She also serves as chair of the board of directors of the Boulder, Colorado-based non-profit Global Education Fund. Portfido was most recently with Level 3 Communications as chief human resources officer. Before that, she was chief of staff to former Colorado governor Roy Romer, overseeing his 16-person cabinet.
