Goodrich Pays €330M For Microtecnica

Goodrich will acquire Italian flight-control systems maker, Microtecnica.

Goodrich will acquire Italian flight-control systems maker, Microtecnica, Bloomberg reports. The U.S. aerospace manufacturing company will pay €330 million to European private equity firm, Stirling Square Capital Partners, for the acquisition, adds Reuters. After the completion of the deal, Turin-based Microtecnica will become part of Goodrich’s Actuation and Landing Systems segment. Microtecnica’s customers include AgustaWestland, Alenia, Hamilton Sundstrand, Avio, Bombardier and Eurocopter.
