Citi Venture Capital International is selling its entire stake in CEE-focused pharmaceutical company, Sanitas, to Valeant Pharmaceuticals International. The buyer will acquire about 27,122,593 ordinary registered shares in Sanitas at €10-12 per unit. After the completion of the transaction, Valeant will launch a mandatory takeover offer to acquire the remaining shares in Sanitas from minority shareholders. Jefferies International is the sole financial advisor to Sanitas on the deal.
