European Aeronautic, Defense & Space Company (EADS) has appointed banks to coordinate a $4.2 billion credit line, Bloomberg reports. The company intends to use the proceeds to replace a credit line of the same size signed in 2005. The parent company of planemaker Airbus appointed BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank and the RBS Group to arrange the revolving credit with two one-year extension options. Banks may agree to lend amounts ranging from €50-200 million.
