VTB Capital has appointed Steve Rice as COO in London, FINalternatives reports. The Russian lender has also appointed Yegor Popov as co-head of real-estate service in Moscow.
Formerly, Rice served as a consultant for the Alternative Investment Management Association, where he worked for two years. Popov was previously working with Russian private equity fund, Thosiz, as head of investments.
