Financial advisory services firm Moelis & Company has set up a global advisory board, Financial Times reports. Charlene Barshefsky, Kwon Ho, Sidney Taurel, Michael Marks and Hubert Vedrine have been appointed as senior directors of the board.
Former Standard Chartered head Lord Davis will serve as the Chairman of the board. Previously, Barshefsky served as a U.S. trade representative, Ho was founder of luxury hotel group Banyan Tree and Taurel was heading Eli Lilly. Marks previously worked as founding partner of Riverwood Capital, while Vedrine is a former French foreign minister.
