London & Stamford Property is acquiring One Carter Lane and Two Old Change Court in London from UBS Triton Property Fund. The U.K. real estate investment company will pay a total of £75 million for the acquisition. The transaction will be financed out of existing cash resources. The office building, located in London, is almost 97% rented out to Goldman Sachs International until 2018. The Goldman lease includes a tenant break clause in March 2013.
