Bain Capital has signed an agreement to acquire MYOB, Economic Times reports. The business software provider was sold by Archer Capital and HarbourVest Partners, which acquired the business in 2008.
Other bidders in the deal were U.K.’s Sage Group and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed, but Bain may have agreed to pay about $1.3 billion for MYOB.
