Highland Capital Partners has appointed Andy Miller as general partner. In his new role, Miller will work from Highland’s Menlo Park, California, office.
Miller will seek partnerships with mobile and technology companies in the region. Before joining the venture capital firm, he was with Apple as vice president, mobile advertising.
