The Texas Teacher Retirement System, Austin, has reappointed R. David Kelly as trustee and board chairman, Pensions & Investments reports. His new term as a trustee will expire on Aug. 31, 2017.
He was reappointed by Texas Governor Rick Perry. Kelly has been a trustee since November 2007 and chairman since October 2009.
