iShares, BlackRock’s exchange-traded fund unit, is planning to unveil two new volatility-focused funds designed to minimize risk exposure, Index Universe reports. The iShares MSCI USA Minimum Volatility Index Fund will track the MSCI USA Minimum Volatility Index.

The iShares EAFE Minimum Volatility Index Fund will follow the performance of the MSCI EAFE Minimum Volatility Index and cover the developed markets of Europe, Asia, Australia and the Far East. BlackRock Fund Advisors is acting as advisor for the funds.
